MCA-21 is a major initiative taken up by the Government of India in which one of the following areas?

MCA21 is the online portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) that has made all company related information accessible to various stakeholders and the general public. It was launched in 2006.

It is designed to fully automate all processes related to the proactive enforcement and compliance of the legal requirements under the Companies Act, 1956, New Companies Act, 2013 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.

MCA21, कॉर्पोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय (Ministry of Corporate Affairs - MCA) का ऑनलाइन पोर्टल है जिसने विभिन्न हितधारकों और आम जनता के लिए सभी कंपनी संबंधित जानकारी को सुलभ बना दिया है। इसे 2006 में लॉन्च किया गया था।

यह भारत सरकार की मिशन मोड परियोजनाओं (Mission Mode projects) का हिस्सा रहा है।

यह कानूनी आवश्यकताओं के सक्रिय प्रवर्तन और अनुपालन से संबंधित सभी प्रक्रियाओं को पूरी तरह से स्वचालित करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है, जो कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 (Companies Act, 1956), नया कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (Companies Act, 2013) और लिमिटेड लायबिलिटी पार्टनरशिप अधिनियम, 2008 (Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) के तहत आते हैं।
